30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
- These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the 30-day money-back guarantee for all first orders up to a value of €50 placed through our online shop.
- The 30-day money-back guarantee applies exclusively to the first order of a new customer.
- The customer has the right to return the ordered goods within 30 days of receipt without giving any reasons.
- To claim the money-back guarantee, the customer must inform us of their wish to return the goods within 30 days of receipt. This can be done by email or via the contact form on our website.
- We will examine the matter, including goods that have already been opened, excluding Shipping fees, up to a value of €50.
- The refund will be made using the originally selected payment method. The processing time for the refund is usually 7 to 14 days after receipt of the returned goods.
Right of Withdrawal (General Return)
- The statutory right of withdrawal applies in accordance with the provisions of German consumer law (§§ 312g, 355 BGB).
- The customer is obliged to return the goods in their original condition and in their original packaging. Traces of use that go beyond a usual inspection of the goods may lead to a reduction in the refund. A refund is only possible for full, undamaged packaging units, provided they were purchased and returned in this form.
- The buyer bears the costs for the return Shipping. Should BugBell GmbH be at fault, a return label will be provided.
- The return of the goods must take place within 14 days of receipt of the return confirmation.
- To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us (BugBell GmbH, Am Allerhang 6, 27283 Verden, kontakt@bugbell.de) clearly and unequivocally by email or via the contact form. In any case, please use our return form by printing it out and including it with the package.
- To meet the return deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the return deadline expires.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the thirty-day period.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functionality.

Consequences of Return
If you return the goods, we will refund all payments we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your return. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than within thirty days from the day on which you inform us of the return
