With our savings plan, we not only want to offer you permanently fair discounts, but also make life a little easier for us as a young start-up. If we know what quantities are needed monthly, we can plan more sustainably, conserve resources and produce even better for you and your dog. In the end, everyone wins – you save money, we can work more reliably, and your dog gets their favourite food delivered always on time.

And this is how the savings plan works
1. Create savings plan
- Choose your favorite product
- Instead of "one-time delivery", click the "Subscription" button
- Select the interval (e.g., every month, every 6 weeks)
- Continue shopping normally and add products to your cart
- Everything you order on subscription is automatically saved in your plan
2. View savings plan
- Log in to your customer account
- Click on "Go to Savings Plan"
- Your existing savings plans will be displayed (if you have more than one)
- The green button will take you directly to the detail page of the desired savings plan
3. Change interval
- You can adjust the delivery interval at any time
- Example: Instead of every 6 weeks, you can switch to monthly
- Simply click "Edit" and save the new interval
- Important: The entire schedule will be adjusted accordingly
- For individual requests (e.g., every 7 weeks), please send us an email
4. Customize Products
- Easily add new products to your subscription plan or remove existing items
- Important: At least one item must always remain in the subscription plan – otherwise you cannot delete products
- You can either add new items as a one-time order with a subscription discount or save them directly as a recurring order
5. Plan orders
You have several options for planning or fulfilling orders:
- Place order: Place the next order on your schedule directly using the green button
- Reschedule: Flexibly reschedule orders within your plan
- Skip payment: Skip orders from your plan, for example, if you are on vacation
6. Cancel savings plan
- You can cancel your savings plan at any time
- You can reactivate it at any time with a single click
- ATTENTION: If you cancel, you will lose your discount status
- Upon re-subscribing, you will start again with a 15% discount
- Please remember: You can also pause your subscription at any time, adjust products or change the interval – without cancelling
